What's New at Hillebrand

Hillebrand Welcomes New Administrator - Brandy Wenning Masminster

Dan Suer, Administrator at Hillebrand of 16 years, announced his retirement scheduled for February of 2022. We are excited to announce our new administrator, Brandy Wenning. Brandy has roots with Hillebrand and an impressive career in Long Term Care. Brandy is from the west side of Cincinnati, but currently resides in West Chester with her daughter, Grace. Brandy's history with Hillebrand started at a very young age. She worked as a hospitality aide while in high school, and later on returned to Hillebrand to complete her internship after obtaining a degree in Nursing Home Administration. She has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2006, and has been working in the post-acute field in various positions, from Administrator to Regional Director, ever since. We are confident that Brandy will do an excellent job for Hillebrand.

We would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to Dan and a huge Thank You for his many years of dedication to the Hillebrand staff, residents and families. Dan says, "I would like to thank all my dedicated staff for their undying support, especially during the heartache of the pandemic. I look forward to spending more time with my wife of 41 years, Mary Jo, and my sons, Josh and Joel, and their families. This decision is one I have been discerning for some time, and I know it is what is best for me and my family. While I will miss everyone, my heart will always be with Hillebrand. Thank you, Jim Glass and Michelle Schneider, for letting me collaborate with you like a partner and for trusting me, as well as permitting us to always do the best and right thing for our residents and staff." Thank you, Dan, for all you have done for Hillebrand and for the difference you made in the industry as a whole.

Please help us welcome Brandy as our new administrator, and congratulate Dan on his excellent career and retirement.
