Dan Suer


Dan is a native Westsider and has been working in Retirement Communities and Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facilities in Hamilton and Butler Counties since 1982. He is a graduate of LaSalle High School, and received his degree from Xavier University, earned the Ohio Board of Examiners Nursing Home Administrators License from the Ohio Department of Health in 1985.


He has achieved many successes in his career such as:

Eight Perfect Surveys by the Ohio Department of Health and recognition by the American College of Healthcare Administrators. The Young Administrator Award 1989, Fellowship 1992, Life Member 1994, The Spectrum Award 1995, Distinguished Service Award 2009, and The Chair’s Award of Excellence 2002 and 2012. Outstanding Member 2013, Dan is known for his positive energy and innovations for achieving excellence.

Dan has held numerous volunteer Board Chair responsibilities in the community through his association with Chambers of Commerce, religious affiliations and high schools. Dan is an active member in the American College of Healthcare Administrators both in the Ohio Chapter and Nationally. He is currently Twinning Ministry Chair of St. Maximillian Kolbe.

Dan is known for his love of baseball and basketball. He coached more than forty years for competitive select teams.

Dan has been married to Mary Jo, “Jo” for forty years and resides in Liberty Township.
