Director of Nursing
Kimberly graduated from Bethesda Hospital School of Nursing, University of Cincinnati Gerontological Nursing Program, Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities Train-the-Trainer program, and obtained a Baccalaureate in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She was accepted as a member of the American Nursing Association Gerontological Nurse Certification program and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Since 1980, Kim has served as a Director of Nursing and Nurse Consultant at Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Continuing Care Retirement Community facilities in the greater Cincinnati area with specialization in continuous quality performance improvement strategies, risk management, and the resident-directed care model. She has worked with the Glass family for many of those years and joined our Hillebrand team in January 2008.

Kim resides in Mason, Ohio and her family is originally from the westside of Cincinnati. Her son Cameron is a professional actor in NYC. You’ll recognize her office- it’s the one decorated with Irish anything and photos of Cameron.
